  • A sterile, professional setup brought to your home
  • The circumcision, performed personally by Rabbi Tzvi Fischer
  • A local numbing agent and gentle comfort measures
  • Clear, written aftercare instructions
  • Direct access to us for questions during healing
  • A follow-up check-in to confirm healing is on track
PAYMENT OPTIONS

Flexible ways to pay

We aim to make payment simple and stress-free. We offer flexible payment options, and many families choose to include the procedure on their baby registry or receive contributions from family and friends to help cover the cost. We’ll go over the details with you during your consultation.

INSURANCE

How insurance works

We do not bill insurance directly for in-home circumcision. Upon request, we can provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance plan; however, coverage for an elective newborn circumcision varies by plan and reimbursement is not guaranteed. If you have questions about your specific coverage, we recommend contacting your insurer before your visit.

WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR

More than a procedure

Your fee reflects personal, unhurried care from an experienced, certified provider — not a rushed hospital visit. It means no separation from your baby, a private and calm setting, expert attention from start to finish, and real support through healing. It’s the kind of experience most parents wish for at one of their most tender moments.

Simple pricing vs. the hospital bill

One reason families appreciate simple, upfront pricing is that a hospital circumcision often isn’t a single charge. When billed without full insurance coverage, it can arrive as several separate line items — a facility or nursery fee, a separate provider fee, and sometimes additional charges — which is how a procedure that sounds inexpensive can add up to far more than expected.

Our approach is clearer: one professional fee of $980, agreed before anything happens, covering everything from your first consultation through healing, plus travel expenses quoted upfront based on your location. There are no facility fees (we come to you), no separate provider charge (Rabbi Fischer performs the procedure himself), and no surprise add-ons. You know the full cost before we begin, which makes planning simple.

If you’re weighing the numbers, our guide on home vs. hospital circumcision walks through the trade-offs, and our article on what a circumcision costs covers insurance and payment options in more detail. When you compare quotes, always ask the same question: “What’s the all-in price, and what does it include?”

Pricing questions

Yes. The consultation is completely free and carries no obligation. We’ll answer your questions and review your baby’s situation so you can make a confident, informed decision.

No hidden fees. The $980 professional fee covers everything involved in the procedure itself — consultation, the in-home visit, sterile setup, the procedure, aftercare, and follow-up. The one additional item is travel, which we quote upfront based on your location, so you’ll know your full cost before anything happens.

We don’t bill insurance directly. On request we can provide an itemized receipt you may submit to your plan, though coverage for elective newborn circumcision varies and reimbursement isn’t guaranteed. We recommend confirming your coverage with your insurer.

Many families are able to use funds from a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA). Check your plan’s rules, and we’re happy to provide a receipt for your records.

We’ll explain the simple payment process during your consultation so everything is settled and stress-free before the day of your visit. We offer flexible, convenient payment options.

Travel is billed as a separate expense based on your location, and we quote it upfront during your consultation — so you’ll always know your full cost before you commit to anything. There are no surprise charges.

We understand newborns are unpredictable. If your baby isn’t well or your timing changes, just let us know and we’ll find a new time that works — your son’s health and comfort always come first.
