These are independent providers, listed as a courtesy to local families. They are not affiliates, they do not pay to appear here, and we have no arrangement with any of them. Several of them attend births for families who will never need us at all.

Planning a birth outside a hospital raises one question this directory cannot answer: most hospitals will not circumcise a baby they did not deliver, and circumcision falls outside midwifery scope of practice.
